Business Starting Grants

Why is it so hard to look up Hispanic Business grants on the internet? All I find is people selling videos.?

I want to start a business and I need some start up capital. I would love to find out if there are business grants for Hispanics, or just for anyone, I dont care. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

1. Sometimes loans are available for some of the startup expenses for a business if you have a significant amount of the money you need from your own funds, and have a solid business plan. Grants - not going to happen.
2. The website to find available grants is http://www.grants.gov - it's the official government website for researching and applying for open grants. But you'll see there are no grants for personal financial assistance, paying down your debt, starting a business, buying a home, or anything else you may have heard. You'll have better luck at the Small Business Administration web site at http://www.sba.gov - it's another government site that has a wealth of information on how to start and finance your new small business. And if there is any minority consideration, you'll find it there as well.
