I need help to make my business plan idea work?

I have a business plan/idea which is selling product online. But I have a problem in trying to take this idea to the next step. At this moment its just a business idea nothing more at this stage so I can't effort to pay an advisor. so who can I turn to change this into action?

1. You may be able to get some free help from your local Business Link. Their structure is about to change so, in the first instance, visit their website - link below. It's not too difficult to set up your website and make it search engine friendly. It doesn't have to cost a lot, either. You need a domain name and webhosting. Try someone like one.com. You can set up a Paypal account for free and use their shop building to give you the buttons to put on your site. That's a very brief overview of what to do to move things forward.
