Business Starting Grants

I am interested in starting a business and I have heard there are grants for women? Anyone received one?

I have searched the internet, but I keep getting bogus websites that I feel are giving me bad information. I have been to the Small Business Admin.'s website, and it says they don't offer grants only loans. I need all the info I can get! Thanks!
