Business Starting Grants

are there legitite grants for starting a business?

I am looking for legitite gov. grants that will allow me to able to start a business.

1. No, there are no grants for commercial use. You obtain a loan if you want to invest in a business. Your business, you pay for it, not me and my fellow tax payers.
2. If you do not have enough money to start a business, how do you think you can run it profitably?
3. Go to grants.gov/ and follow the instructions. You will find that unless you are a nonprofit, in basic research or daycare, there are no grants for a small business.
