Starting small selling Business but where to get wholesale?

I want to start a small business at home just selling things online but i dont know where to buy the wholesale to sell?? I have sold items from around the house and items my friends have given me to sell but i want to make a bigger profit. i am based in dublin, ireland. Can anyone help me??

1. There are companies you can search out like SMC or Amway that might be able to help you. Or, you can look to specific industries then look for associations within those industries - most associations lists their members - many of which will be wholesalers.
