How do I start a selling business?

I want to start selling electronics like car stuff sub woofer's, amplifiers things like that online . I have never had my own business, I don't know where to start. For example where do I buy the stuff? How much money do I need to buy the items? Do I need a license? Like I said I don't know nothing about opening a selling business, any websites or any place that can help me
