I just started a small business i have two employee so far. One of them are asking a letter from work?

which i suppose to write for him. My spelling and grammer sucks, and the letter is going out to some professnal office. Can anybody type for me what i should put on this letter of employment. I will fill the blanks if necessary. I need someone to write it professional. At least almost half page...Thank you.
