How do i turn my cosplay cafe business idea into a reality?

Well ive always dreamed of owning my own cafe and my little sis recently gave me the idea of making a cosplay cafe. right now im a college student going for my associates nursing degree but i would really appreciate your opinion on what steps i should take to start this business sometime in the future. for all you anime fans out there i hope you can support me seeing as how there are hasrdly any (if at all) in Dallas :) Thanks again.
