What's the best business idea in Subic Bay Zambales Philippines?

Me and my family is planning on going back to the Philippines and probably stay there for good but we were thinking about having a business in Subic,I asked because i have no idea what's the best business i can able to have, I think this question is only for those who currently live there in Subic or those who knew the place.Thanks in advance.

1. Listen, so that you will not fail and waste your money. I would hire a marketing company and have them research this issue. I have a friend who did the same and bought a photo processing machine and spent $50K and failed. I don't want you to loose your money for I know that it must be a hard earned money. You have to look at the demographics of the population living there and the visitor's population and on that the marketing company will give you a good idea of what product will click. 2. A restaurant which offers affordable but decent and clean food will surely work. As my mama always tells me, as long as there are people going hungry everyday (due to biological need and not because of poverty, heheh), the food business is sure to stay.
3. Go and live there for a few months before making a decision. That way you'll get a better understanding of the market. I understand there's a lot of bars opening up in Subic trying to compete with Angeles. That might be an option for you if you want to get into that sort of industry.
4. subic has small population for restaurant, i suggest a wholesale store like costco or bj's, or you can be a gen. merchandiser of sanmiguel or coke.
