What is a good money making, sustainable business idea for Baja California Sur Mexico?

I am from Canada, and I am visiting, Cabo, La Paz, Todo Santos etc. And I would like to put some money into a good business idea. What does this area need the most? What would be a good money maker? It doesn't have to be an original idea, just something that we take for granted back home, that may make a lot of money down here. Any thoughts? Thanks.
