Where would i go online to fill out applications for grants to start up a business that are free?

1. The government generally doesn't give money to start businesses. Certain agencies my help fund a business if you are in a specific industry (weapons development, bio-fuels) and have other private funding sources already set up. The sites/companies that charge a fee and say that they can get you a grant are SCAMS. Avoid them.
2. There are no grants. You can look into a loan at sba.gov
