Business Starting Grants

I need some help on grants for starting a business?

Ok i wanna start a Small Business making custom T-Shirts and also attending fairs doing air brush shirts and even having some drawers doing some of those funny faces of people an stuff like that for a few bucks.... Anyone know how i could even start or where to get the equipment?
