Where can i post my job listing to recruit new consultants into my business?

I recently started a new business selling cheaper energy to people who are tired of paying to much money to this main electric monopolies. I am swithing lots of people from thier current provider to ambit energy which is the company that I work for. However, I need to find more consultants to grow my business and also help them make outstanding income. I am looking for ambitious, goal oriented,business savy individuals that want to have their own business and make an on president income as I do. These individuals have to live in New York or Texas. Please help

1. Try craigslist.org. It's free and it's demographic is more affluent that most other sites that people go to post their resumes or search for jobs.
2. Well, Yahoo HotJobs is one place. There is also monster.com and craigslist.com as person above mentioned. How about any NY newspaper ads? Many people still read neswpapers on daily basis.
