Can anyone offer a new business process so the newspaper advertisers can benefit?

Many hundreds advertise their Ads in daily newspapers. Many advertise only for per day! Not all respond to the newsapaper Ads right? So the money is write -off right? Can anyone offer a new business process so the advertisers can benefit?

1. I do not believe that a process is needed, you pay your money, take your chance, and either benefit, or do not benefit from it. It is called the cost of doing business.
