I want to start a new catering business but would like to know if the stimulus package has help for newowners?

any information (gov sites, etc) that could take me to apply for a federal new business loan would be greatly appreciated thanks.

You can apply for a SBA loan, but the stimulus package, will not help new companies to get start up money. It may not even help old companies survive this present financial situation. Try for a SBA Loan.
