I want to start a website business selling whole sale purses? What permits and licenses would i need?

I do not know what permits or licenses i would need. I will be working at home on my computer. I have not done anything. I have found a wholesaller but now need my permits to start selling. i also need help on how i would go about starting the business and filing with the gov. for taxes. i need help with what forms i need to fill out, licenses, and permits i need. this would be greatly appreciated.

2. If you are selling on line and shipping your product and don't have any customers coming to your home you don't need any permits or licenses. Talk to am accountant about tracking your gross receipts and expenses so you can pay taxes on your profits or claim your losses on your tax return and maybe how to collect sales tax and send that money to your state if required.
