I live in a small town. What is the best way to market to everyone my new makeup business for weddings and proms?

This way you can get the word around with new models, even if you dont charge for your services it would be a good way to get the word out. Offer discounts for referrals. You can also use the model pictures as an addition to your work portfolio.
