How do I wite a business proposition for an exsisting company for a new service?
I wish to propose a Java Hot Spot for a growing company which does not have a eating facility located in the building. This company shares space with other companies, but they have a desire to expand their ammenities and create a more attractive location to new business and make the exsisting employees happy at the same time. This proposal will be presented to the president of the company, facilities manager, finance manager, and the marketing head.

- You have done some of the work. You need at least three things in a business proposition. The present situation - what is the problem and what effect does that problem have on the company. Proposed situation - what is to be done, how does it fit in with the company, and what is the benefits and potential problems with the proposal. The economic effects - the cost of the project including start-up, the income that can come from the project, and the intangibles that may also be affected by the project.
