Business Starting Grants

What would be the most important new business for this century?

If you could find near unlimited funding, a good support/mentor team, and the time to do it, what would be the most socially/economically valuable type of new business that you would create? Would it deal with the environment? Social issues? Eliminating poverty? Enforcing laws? Etc... Not just something that would make you money (although this is a prerequisite of business) but something valuable and important.

1. Green, renewable, and inexpensive energy. I'm thinking geothermal on a wide scale.
2. China and India are developing at an alarming speed. Development also means that the people will be more educated and that will also mean they will be looking for better jobs in the cities. This will in turn results in many young people from the villages to venture into the cities. Thus the agricultural industry is something that is worth investing in future, since food is something everyone of us need. However, consideration much be placed into technology and low manpower operation of such industries. Risk management must also be done due to the Al-Nino effect on the climate. From the agricultural industry, many other companies and work can be created to allow more employment and thus eliminate poverty. China is opening up her land, minerals and other industries to overseas investors, so it is a great time to invest in China with an industry that will be in great demand - FOOD.
