How do I start a business with someone from new zealand?
Hi all. A buddy and I are wanting to start a business in texas. The only problem is is that he is from New Zealand. Does anyone know of any special visas that would allow him to be a co-owner in a business or any other ways this could work. Thanks for your answers!

- I am afraid I don't know a thing about american law, wrong side of the Atlantic Ocean. But I do know of a business which can operate seamlessly in all N. America, Europe and Australia/New Zealand, also it has been endorsed by the billionaire Donald Trump. For an overview take a look at this web site www.iolair.acnrep.com.
- Hi, I am a jewelry dealer from Bangkok, Thailand. I need to fine someone who might want to do home base business without financial back up. All you need is a website that you can post my items for sales. You do the selling, receiving the money. I do the shipping – drop ship. If you are interested in working together, send me a note. I have PayPal account for this business. Best regards, Teera Tavatchainun. <odds_olds@yahoo.com>
- Yes, You can talk to a lawyer ( American ) in Texas and then he or she will advice you for the business visa. Then the lawyer can draw a paper and make sure you have everything in writing. Because, you need them for taxes in the future and apply for business visa for your partner. By the way, you can ask a bank for a SBA loan. Have a business plan ready. Check out any possibility and find book about business in Texas and go-ogle for more in formations. Good luck.
