How do i obtain a small business grant or enterprise scheme funding?

I have a really good idea for a small business and am determined to succeed. How do i go about enquiring for a grant or funding from my local authority? Thanks. I'm in Scotland by the way.

1. Yo, I want to know the same thing. But low key what is your business you plan to do?
2. Princes Trust. Council Grants. The best thing to do is get of your bum and go into all the connexions and lattitudes in your area. They don't tell you but they have a funding for business start ups.
