How does one go about selling a business?

I am looking to sell one of my businesses in the Phoenix area. It is a part time business that is growing, however I am going to be relocating out of state. I have a broker but that doesn't seem to be moving the process along quickly. Any ideas???? I have posted a listing on Craigslist and stumblehere.

1. Have you tried posting classifieds in your local newspaper? If you have a physical location, put a sign in the window "Business For Sale" and give a brief description of why it is a good opportunity. After you find a buyer you will need a lawyer or commercial real estate agent, obviously.
