  1. I would start by making sure you hae all the right permits ect. then i would recommend making a website to advertise. perhaps you could even put an ad in the paper?
  2. You can advertise in local ads and also online. Certain dog books will let you post ads there. Another thing word of mouth. We breed dogs also and thats how we sell ours. You can even try setting up a web page so viewers can browse your page to check your kennel out.
  3. That is not right to do. Selling animals for money is wrong. Have your pets spayed and neutered.
  4. Advertise. Once you have a few satisfied customers word of mouth will help a lot.
  5. First you will need a business permit from your city. Then you perhaps need other permits for selling animals. Talk to the city offices and the animal control office in your area. Next, you will need to supply guarantees, health certificates, vaccinations etc for your animals. The health department should inspect the property. Call the ASPCA for the best info on proper housing and care for your animals. Make sure that all of your licenses are good and up to date. Keep your reputation in top notch form or the results could be disastrous.
  6. Number one is that you need to have your kennel registered with the kennel club. Another is that you need a business name. You can get this by getting a permit from the city where you live. You pay a certain amount of money, then pay for three weeks advertising in the newspaper as a new business. There are many things that you will need. You will need to have a veterinarian to take care of your newborn puppies. This is necessary if they are registered breeds. You will need adequate supplies and a nice place for the dogs and their babies. Either inhouse or a home in a place especially for them. I do hope and pray that you will not be starting strong. The better your name is, the better business you will have.
  7. Laurie and Maxine have excellent answers, The one thing I would I would add is start out real small no more than 1 litter at a time, till you have been doing it for awhile.Keep organized records and always check out the buyers.Till you get up and running better you could also offer kennel care for owners and dog walking, that way people see how you are with animals and they will tell there friends about you puppies for sale.I don't know if this will help but when you sell a puppy make it personal EX. Pick up some small dishes and bags of food ' you can make small bags out of a large bag using plastic Ziploc bags.Pick up several small toys and give one to the owner also, it may cost a bit in the beginning but will pay off big in the end.
  8. I hope you are not running a puppy mill, those are cruel to any animal!! You should not do this, there are many puppies at the animal shelter that need to be adopted first! And it sounds like you don't know anything about running a business either. If you don't have a business plan or know how you are going to market or finance it then you better get some education first.
