I wanted to start my own business selling clothes, what do i need?

I wanted to start a little business in Colombia where I buy clothes from here in the USA and sell it more expensive over there, what do you guys think I need to become successful at it?

1. A federal tax id # go to a bank and get a business account with the tax number have a business plan you need a sales tax number from the state you live in and have to collect sales taxes from your buyers and pay it into the state. if you are new you need a cash backing you need a good accountant unless you know it all AND YOU NEED A BACK UP PLAN if it doesn t work out. Jesus I pray for you.
2. -business plan -loan (unless you can pay without debt) -person to buy material from (compare all of them) -materials -a few workers to help you -find someone in colombia to buy them from you for the price you want -slowly make money and pay back your loan
