1. Um..since all three are considered drug paraphenalia in the U.S., you would soon be selling them from an 8x10 booth as a guest of Uncle Sam. Of course, then your meals would be free.
2. Yeah, and why not just sell the drugs to go with them, too? In most states, it would be equally legal.
3. uhhh i'm pretty sure that it's not illegal to sell drug paraphernalia. that's why there are head shops in the first place. you have to get permits to sell that kind of stuff, though. good luck. i think you'd probably make a killing at a mall.
4. you have to call them "water pipes" not bongs... as far as the other answers, ha! way to be wrong. it is not illegal to sell any of those things as long as they are not advertised as drug paraphernalia. i believe the real problem would be getting a mall permit to sell those products. that's why most head shops are located in strip malls

I think you're confusing your hobby with your business, your business is about making money maybe there's a niche there? maybe you could make a living at it, I reckon you'd just get by tho' my mate had a car shop (queue dull story) and he tried to sell racing parts from it too, sounded exciting but was a PITA, loads of kids looking at things and not really buying, then he started to sell caravanning bits, really dull, biodegradable toilet paper etc. anyway, next thing you know he's raking it in because he's the only person for miles around who covers it... think about the money, that's all I'm saying :)
