Business Starting Grants

Can anyone help me think of an interesting business idea?

Maybe a business that is non existent. Or a business idea inspired by a certain trend. For eg, in taiwan, there is this place that sells low calorie meals and provides services of sending over to places. Whether its the office or house, and the meals are for people who want to slim down. I'm looking for a similar idea like this, just any interesting business.
